Ingrients & Directions
3/4 c Water
2 c Bread flour
1 ts Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 Egg
1 1/2 tb Olive oil
1/4 ts Ground saffron -or-
1/8 ts Saffron threads
2 ts Yeast
If using saffron thread, grind to a coarse powder-like consistancy using a
mortar and pestle. Bake on regular cycle.
