1 Loaf frozen bread dough, 1 tb Melted butter
Thawed
FILLING
1 lb Lean ground beef 1/4 ts Sage
1/2 ts Oregano 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 ts Garlic powder 1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 ts Salt 1/2 c Grated Parmesan
1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
Combine filling ingredients.
Roll out dough to a 12X10″ rectangle. Spread filling to within 1″ of
edges. Roll up jelly roll fashion, sealing edges well. Bake on an
ungreased baking sheet at 350F. 30-35 minutes until golden and bread
tests done. Brush with butter before serving.
