2 tb Finely chopped onion
2 tb Finely chopped parsley
1 Clove garlic; crushed to a
– paste with salt
8 oz Fine bread crumbs
1 oz Sharp cheddar cheese; finely
— grated
Combine all ingredients. If using a food processor, add in this order:
garlic, onion, bread, parsley, cheese. These can be used on fish, chicken,
etc. Any leftovers can be stored in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator.
