1 Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 Pineapple Instant Pudding
4 Eggs
2/3 c Vegetable oil
10 oz 7-Up
-ICING-
1 cn Crushed Pineapple; small
1/2 c Margarine
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Flour
1 cn Angel Flake Coconut
2 Eggs
Empty lemon supreme cake mix and instant pineapple pudding into a
large mixing bowl. Add oil and eggs. Beat about 2 minutes. Add 7-Up
and mix until well blended. Pour into a sheet cake pan that has been
greased and floured. Bake 35-40 minutes or until done in a preheated
350~ oven. While still hot spread with Icing. Cook margarine, sugar,
pineapple, flour and eggs until thick. Add coconut and blend well.
Spread over cake while both are still warm.
