1 Recipe gingerbread
TOPPING-
11 oz Can mandarin oranges*
1/2 c Sour cream — dairy
1/2 c Dates — chopped
2 tb Almonds — chopped
1/2 c Miniature marshmallows —
Opt
1/4 c Flaked coconut
*Drained Prepare and bake Gingerbread as directed. Combine mandarin
oranges, sour cream, dates, almonds, and marshmallows. Spread over
gingerbread and sprinkle with coconut. Chill to set topping. Yield:
One 8-inch square, about 9 servings
