Ingrients & Directions
3 c Bread flour 1 tb Powdered skim milk or soy
1 c Whole wheat flour Milk (optional, but I think
1 Packet/2 1/4 tsp yeast It helps)
1 tb Sugar 1 1/2 c Hot water.
1 ts Salt
Follow usual procedure for breadmaker. Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.
I think this works out to 70 cal, 0.5 g fat per ounce.
