Stove Top Bread Pudding^

Ingrients & Directions


2 sl Raisin bread, cut in 1/2″ 1 c Nonfat milk
Cubes 1 ts Maple syrup
1 Egg

Blend egg, milk and maple syrup. Toss bread crumbs in to coat.

Stir in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until set.

Per serving:
274cal., 13g pro., 8g (25%) fat, 28g carb., 272mg sod., 277mg chol.,
1g fiber.
