1 c Butter 1/2 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c Sugar 1 c Flour
4 Eggs 1 c Yellow cornmeal
1/2 c Green chilies, diced 2 tb Baking powder
1 1/2 c Corn, cream style 1 ts Salt
1/2 c Jack cheese, shredded
In a mixer, cream butter and sugar; reduce speed to slow and add
eggs, one at a time. Add chilies, corn, both cheeses, flour,
cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
Bake for 1 hour at 325 F in a well buttered 9″ square pan.
