U Drop Inn Pineapple Cake

2 c Flour 2 Eggs
2 c Sugar 1 cn (20 Oz) Crushed Pineapple —
2 ts Baking Soda -undrained
pn Salt 1 ts Vanilla

Grease and flour a 9 x 13 baking pan. Combine flour, sugar, salt,
eggs, pineapple and vanilla. Pour into baking pan and bake in
preheated 350 F oven for 40 mins. Top with your favorite cream cheese
or coconut frosting.
